What Makes a Will Legal?

The legal requirements for drafting a valid will aren't nearly as complicated as many people fear. The will must be typewritten or computer-printed, must expressly state that it's your will, and have at least one substantive provision (A clause that leaves some, or all, of your property to someone is the most common substantive provision). Your will must also be witnessed and signed.

Name Changes

When you make a name change there are some people you need to notify of these changes. These include: government agencies, businesses, schools, friends and family, post office, employers, and any creditors you may have.
